THE WOODSHOP LTD. is a family owned company that has produced high quality furniture and architectural woodworking for the past 25 years. We offer engineering and CAD services to local millwork companies and use traditional hand joinery in many of our projects. Our craftsmanship is second to none.

By combining traditional furniture making, engineering, and CAD we have developed a very unique approach to the restoration of antique and classic boats.

It is our mission to produce the most historically accurate and technically superior restorations available. We believe the best way to achieve this goal is with a combination of very traditional boat building and cutting edge technology.

James Blake founded THE WOODSHOP LTD. in 1996. He has been a furniture maker and woodworker for 28 years with an extensive career in production millworking and engineering.

Lead Times and Billing

All projects that we will consider are taken on a first come basis. Our current project is expected to be completed by early summer 2004. We are now booking work after that.

Projects are billed on a cost-plus basis or by bid. Our shop rates are very competitive. Bid prices are based on current market values for materials and are subject to change. Call for pricing
